On the date of the performance:

As all performances are in the open air, the weather will obviously make each one unique. On rare occasions, it may not be possible for us to complete a performance but we will never cancel a performance before the advertised start time. This is because you would be amazed how often it can rain all day and then clear up just in time for the action to start and indeed, how localised bad weather can be. Also we really don't want to disappoint anyone - audiences or our actors (who are always keen to perform, if at all possible).

In the event of a performance being cancelled due to bad weather, your ticket will be valid for any other outdoor performance of your choice.

We are unable to issue refunds for performances cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.

The WAC answerphone: 07586 860798 will have up to date information on each performance.

Venues open at 11.30am for matinee picnics and at 4.30pm for evening picnics.

There is no fixed seating so please bring a blanket or picnic chairs to sit on, patrons using blankets will be seated in the front section of the seating area.

Don’t forget to bring your picnics! At Wareham the Club bar will be open to patrons. At Merley House there will be a Bar and Barbeque for you to enjoy!

This being England you are advised to come prepared for all weathers! Sun hats, sun cream, sunglasses, jumpers, raincoats and rain hats should all be considered. For the consideration of other patrons, please refrain from using umbrellas during the performance.

Smoking is prohibited in the seating areas, please smoke only in the designated area.
